Which size should I choose?
Our unisex, oversized fit creates a modern, comfortable silhouette that makes every person feel good wearing it.

For reference:
Mandana is 163 cm tall and usually wears M–L in mainstream clothing. She wears XXS–XS in our styles for a loose fit. Sören is 183 cm tall and usually wears L–XXL in mainstream clothing. He wears L in our styles for a loose fit.

How long does shipping take?
All our essentials are made-to-order to minimize waste and promote sustainability.
After your order is placed, it typically takes 3–5 business days for us to prepare and ship your package to somewhere in Germany. For orders within the EU it takes 5-10 business days, international orders will be processed within 7-20 business days.
Please note that no shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout all of Europe (incl. UK, Norway and Switzerland) and North America. We offer free shipping for all orders over €110 within Germany. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order, destination country, and postal code.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original condition. Contact us at return@slowlifesociety.com for assistance. For more information please visit our Refund Policy page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking code.
You can track your order directly through the link in the email, or by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking code manually.

How do I take care of my Slow Life Society piece?
- Machine wash at max. 30 °C and turn inside out before washing.
- Wash with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
- Iron inside out.
- In case wrinkles appear on the print, iron carefully on the reverse side over the print to smooth out the creases.
- Do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended.
- Reshape while damp and dry flat or on a hanger.
- For stains, treat immediately with cold water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
There's a quality issue with the product you send me. What do I do?
If there are damages to the garment or print, we will of course replace your order immediately. Reach out to us and we'll take care of it: return@slowlifesociety.com
Please note that the prints on your garments may sometimes show small creases or wrinkles when they arrive. This can happen during folding, storage, or transport. It's nothing to worry about — to fix it, simply turn the garment inside out and gently iron over the affected area. If that doesn't solve the issue, please reach out to us at return@slowlifesociety.com.
What makes your essentials sustainable?
We only use textiles that meet certified environmental and social standards across the entire supply chain, from processing to trade. All our garments are GOTS-certified.
We care about securing organic quality, choosing sustainable fabrics, and keeping our operations as responsible as possible, including shipping and packaging materials.
All our products are vegan and free from animal-derived components. They are also tested for harmful substances to ensure maximum safety, from yarn to finished product.
With every purchase, we donate 2% to a sustainable cause chosen by the customer. More about our donation initiative.

It's simple. First, fill out the application form and choose your own shareable discount code. Once you're approved, you'll get a one-time 25% off code for yourself to grab your favorite Slow Life Society pieces and find your perfect fit.
